Rhino Software Limited – Disaster Recovery Policy

Purpose & scope of the Policy

This policy provides a summary of the disaster recovery considerations given to the identification of potential threats, the mitigation of those threats, and ultimately, the steps required to recover from an incident should it occur.

Critical Points of Weakness

The company has assessed and identified key points of failure that would significantly impact the quality of services that we can provide to our customers.  We do not publish this information for obvious security reasons.


We mitigate the potential impact of incidents occurring by putting in place backup and contingency plans that would quickly restore a full level of service to our customers.

Key Person Risk

In the event that key personnel are not available, documents containing sensitive passwords will be made available to named and trusted individuals to oversee the restoration of the services.
