I have been submitting my VAT returns on time and paying VAT on time with no problems.As a person who doesn’t know much about computers I saw this as a massive hurdle, worrying that if I didn’t do things correctly, I might mess up the whole system! I contacted Rhino straight away and was invited to attend a zoom meeting to help me through what I thought was going to be a very stressful time. I need not have worried because the contact at Rhino was called Eugene and he put me at ease straight away. I explained that i was not computer literate and he said he would help me every step of the way. He did and the stress I had been feeling, worrying about would I be able to do it all was removed from me. I experienced a slight hiccup after a week, but all I did was contact the enquiries team and there was Eugene to talk me through what I needed to do and resolved the problem straight away.
