The FCA in the UK has highlighted six consumer outcomes that firms should strive to achieve to ensure fair treatment of customers. These principles are at the core of what the FCA expect of firms. Rhino Software Limited has embraced those same principles as we strive to support small business within the UK and across the world.

Outcome 1: Consumers can be confident they are dealing with firms where the fair treatment of customers is central to the corporate culture.

The Rhino App has been developed to the highest technical standards by a team of highly skilled professionals.  The App is GDPR compliant in that data transmission and the storage of personal contact data is encrypted.  The App has also been subjected to an external cyber security audit carried out by a leading cyber security firm in the UK.

The Rhino website and pricing policy is designed to be easily understood very transparent.  For example, we took the decision not to offer introductory price promotions that would result in a significant price increase after the promotion period ends. We regarded this to be an unfair practice especially for customers that invested their valuable time to configure the system and loa d their data.

Our website clearly states the features that we offer within our product.  All customers access the free version of our software when they first register an account that requires no financial commitment which lets them explore the features to assess their suitability for their business.

Product updates are communicated via email and also can be accessed at any time via the help section of our website.

Outcome 4: Where consumers receive advice, the advice is suitable and takes account of their circumstances.

We have embedded Video tutorials within the app to provide targeted support that relates to the specific feature they are accessing.  The tutorials illustrate how each feature works and thereby also highlights the limitations of each feature.

Outcome 5: Consumers are provided with products that perform as firms have led them to expect, and the associated service is of an acceptable standard and as they have been led to expect.

Rhino provides the free version of the App and can guarantee that it will perform the same as the live version.

Outcome 6: Consumers do not face unreasonable post-sale barriers imposed by firms to change product, switch provider, submit a claim or make a complaint.
